MCFARLANE TOYS ANNOUNCES NFL LEGENDS LINE
Long-Awaited Classic Football Figures Coming in 2005

We've reached our sports holy grail with our completion of the licensing contracts for a series of NFL Legends action figures. This line follows our Cooperstown Collection series of baseball figures, the NHL Legends line of hockey greats and the NBA Legends line of retired basketball players. We now have rights in place for retired legends in all four major North American sports.
McFarlane Toys is extremely proud to unveil the lineup for our first series of NFL Legends, featuring six of the greatest athletes ever to step foot on the professional gridiron.
They are:- Barry Sanders, Detroit Lions RB, No. 20
- Lawrence Taylor, New York Giants, LB, No. 56
- John Elway, Denver Broncos QB, No. 7
- Johnny Unitas, Baltimore Colts, QB, No. 19
- Franco Harris, Pittsburgh Steelers RB, No. 32
- Troy Aikman, Dallas Cowboys QB, No. 8
This series is set to hit retail shelves in July 2005. We don't yet have photography, but will debut it here as soon as it's available. |
