He started his hockey career as a goalie, and as a catcher for Canada's National Junior Baseball team, but Jarome Arthur-Leigh Adekunle Tig Junior Elvis Iginla's destiny was to score goals - 374 and counting, to be exact. Despite his gaudy statistics, Iginla is no genteel winger; he's just as likely to defend a teammate by any means necessary. Calgary's dynamo was named captain in October 2003, and continues to be the fuel that feeds the Flames.
